What is the difference between blind size & recess?

Blind Size refers to the exact dimensions of the blind itself. This means the blind will be made to the exact measurements you provide, with no deductions made. If you’re confident in your measurements, you can simply provide the finished blind size, and we’ll craft the product to those exact specifications.

Recess Size is the measurement of the inside of your window frame, where the blind will fit snugly within the recess. When you provide recess size measurements, we make slight deductions to ensure the blind fits perfectly inside the window opening without being too tight.

What does top/face fixing mean?

Top Fixing refers to attaching the curtain track or blind to the ceiling or the top of the window recess. This method works well when you want a clean, streamlined look, as the curtains or blinds are neatly fitted inside the window recess or to the ceiling. It’s often used for both blinds and ceiling-mounted curtain tracks.

Face Fixing means attaching the curtain pole or track, or blind directly to the face of the wall or window frame.

What fittings are supplied with your products?

For customers looking to install their blinds or curtain tracks themselves, we provide all the necessary fittings with every product we offer. This includes brackets, screws, and any other hardware needed for installation, ensuring you have everything required for a smooth and easy setup.

Can I order replacement parts?

Yes, you can order replacement parts for all our products. If your blind or curtain track is damaged beyond repair, we can also provide a price to replace the product with a like-for-like option, ensuring you get the best solution for your needs.

What is your product guarantee?

We offer a wide range of products, each backed by its own warranty. All of our premium products come with at least a 5-year warranty, and the motors used in our blinds, curtain tracks, or poles are also covered for 5 years. Some of our other products come with a 2-year or 1-year warranty, depending on the item and finish.

Even after your warranty period ends, we’ll continue to be here for you. We’re committed to offering ongoing support and services whenever you need us, ensuring your products remain in top condition.

Are your blinds child safe?

Yes, all of our blinds comply with the strict child safety requirements set out by the BS EN 13120 standard, which has been in place since February 2014. This means our blinds are designed with safety in mind, including features such as safety clips or cordless designs to help prevent accidents. You can trust that our products meet the highest standards to ensure a safe environment for your home.

How do I report an issue with my blinds or curtains?

To report an issue, please send us an email with a brief description of the problem and an image to support your claim. We prefer issues to be reported via email so that everything can be properly documented, helping us honour any product guarantees. This process allows us to resolve your issue as efficiently as possible

What is your returns policy?

As all of our products are custom-made to your specific dimensions and configurations, we cannot accept returns on bespoke items. Since each product is uniquely tailored, we encourage you to carefully review your order details and measurements before finalising your purchase. If you have any concerns or need assistance during the ordering process, we’re here to help ensure everything is perfect.

How can I get a quote?

To receive a quote, simply provide us with the measurements of your windows and, if possible, a photo of the room or any other supporting documents such as CADs or inspirational images.

Our team can then visually asses your images or drawings and offer accurate product, prices and recommendations.

You can send this information via email, and we’ll respond with an initial quote. If you’re happy with the quote and would like further assistance, we can arrange a professional measurement consultation to ensure everything is precise before proceeding.
